How quickly can you deliver?
We get it – you want to make sure your ingredients arrive in good time – particularly if you have high demand for a certain product. Most of our ingredients can be delivered within 2-3 working days. Our delivery is also free in the UK.

What should I do if my order hasn’t arrived in the specified delivery period?

What’s your returns policy?
Please email us with your order number and all other details if you wish to return a product. We will then provide you with the information you need to return the goods. We ask that you return the materials in their original packaging within 30 days of receiving them.
